The Brand

Parker is a financial services platform tailored for e-commerce businesses, offering a suite of tools including the Parker Mastercard, banking services, and analytics to help brands grow faster and more profitably.


The Challenge

Before I developed their new strategy, Parker had experimented paid social campaigns with other agency that struggled to generate meaningful results. Their previous efforts attracted low-quality leads that rarely converted into customers. This lack of effectiveness made scaling their customer acquisition challenging, especially as they aimed to target high-MRR ecommerce businesses ($85,000+ per month / +1M Year) that needed funding and real-time business insights.The core issue was the quality of the leads. Prospects didn’t match Parker’s ideal customer profile, leading to wasted ad spend and inefficiencies in the sales process. Additionally, their tracking and attribution setup was broken, making it difficult to identify where campaigns were underperforming or which strategies could be scaled effectively.To meet their ambitious growth goals, Parker needed to overhaul their paid social approach, focus on attracting high-intent leads, and implement better systems to track and optimize performance in real-time.


The Solution

Rebuild their paid social strategy from the ground up. We crafted campaigns targeting high-MRR ecommerce owners ($85,000+ per month) and introduced structured testing to optimize ad formats, angles, and creatives. Engaging narratives and social proof replaced underperforming ads, driving higher-quality leads.We also revamped their tracking and attribution by integrating Meta, HubSpot, and GA4. This gave real-time visibility into performance, enabling us to scale winning strategies, iterate & tweak events sent to Meta and also as a way to filter out unqualified leads with precision.


The Impact

By managing over than $140,000 in revenue with the new strategy, they reduced CAC for Credit from the target of $6,000 to just $2,741 (54% decreased). The Analytics product saw an even more impressive drop, with CAC falling from the target of $4,000 to only $414.The average Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per customer, combining both Credit and Analytics, was $70,000 ($835K/year), which significantly exceeded expectations.Parker achieved a significant increase in Gross Payment Volume (GPV), effectively doubling it over the course of a year, showcasing a 100% growth. Additionally, year-over-year new customer acquisition surged by over 300%, enabling them to scale quickly and efficiently.
